Summer to Fall: Mystical Interludes Meetings, Mediumship and More

Summer was not only a happy, relaxed time with family and friends, it was a time of growth as well.  More stories came in for Mystical Interludes II, I entered into new relationships with other writers, the number of attendees for the Mystical Interludes Discussion Group (MIDG) increased, and my insights into the world of mediumship was enhanced and expanded by a trip to Lily Dale Assembly in New York. There, I took an all-day course in mediumship offered by John Holland, a renowned evidence-based medium. To my surprise, I actually brought in the presence of the mother of a woman I had never seen before!

In October a friend and I will be attending another workshop given by outstanding medium, Suzanne Giesemann in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Who knows what new experiences await us there?

Gary Rotstein of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette interviewed me, thanks to a referral by Ann Howley, memoirist of Confessions of a Do-Gooder Gone Bad. The piece will appear in a Sunday paper insert about the ways in which modern retirees create new interests and careers for themselves.  The publication is scheduled to come out on October 22, 2017.

SiteNite, an organization of about 500 women who meet twice a month in Pittsburgh, has invited me to present to their group. SITE is an acronym for Spiritual Intuitive & Telepathic Expansion. The mission of the group, as told by its founder, Regina Rivers, is to “teach each other and share with each other what we know on a spiritual level” for the purpose of raising their consciousness. I am grateful to Vikki Hanchin, author of The Seer and the Sayer for referring me to this group.

Now that summer has ended, I am back at my desk with great anticipation and excitement editing stories for Mystical Interludes II.
